The project was a major undertaking that required collaboration between several parties. This approach, called DACI (driver - approver- contributor), allowed us to manage and deliver this task effectively by understanding the market; finding an ideal candidate for future application based on their fit with our target audience's needs; testing out potential profiles against each other in order create the right customer journey and get user adoption in the music community.
